I have known Susan East since the 90's. What started out as a professional relationship by chance, turned into a deep and lasting friendship by choice.

When I became engaged to my future husband, I needed to sell my townhouse. I called Crye-Leike and they sent Susan. I was very impressed with her. I didn't know much about selling and buying houses. Susan held my hand, and walked me through step by step. When Don (my future husband) met her, he was as impressed as I was.

Susan sold my townhouse. Don and I married, and again we called on Susan to help us find our dream house. She was so kind and showed us all the houses we ask to see. You would have thought we were her only clients.

We found the right house and were happy there for thirteen years. Our relationship with Susan continued. Not only did she remember our anniversary, but called or sent us a card each year.

Then, the worst happened. Don lost his battle with cancer and passed away. Once again Susan came to my aid.  She showed me a kindness, compassion, caring, and love when I needed it the most.

I didn't know what I wanted or needed to do. Susan told me not to make any hasty decisions, she said I would know when the time was right and she would be there for me whenever I needed her. She was right on all counts.

Six years later, the time was right. Once again I called on Susan. She was there for me. Together we found my new home. Though bittersweet, Susan helped me through it all.

Susan will always have a special place in my heart. She helped me in happy times, an saw me through some sad and dark time.

I am proud and honored to call Susan East my very dear friend.

Susan East worked for some time to find the perfect house. When we discovered it was a pre-foreclosure, Susan worked diligently with the previous owners and the bank to close the sale. It would not have happened and we would not have our home if not for her constant attention to this sale. With her help we completed all the paperwork from our old  home.

We lived in West Memphis, AR for 33 years prior to moving to Southaven, MS.

My husband was diagnosed as having Alzheimer's and our son was living in Southaven, MS and really liked living here; so that is what prompted us to move.

The Chamber of Commerce in Southaven recommended Susan East, Crye-Leike Real Estate Services as their agent for seniors moving into the area. After contacting Susan, she graciously spent time showing me the homes outside the fenced complex first. Then she spent the second day showing the homes inside the fenced area. She was very knowledgeable and most helpful in helping me with the price adjustment, as well as getting an enclosed patio included.
